How our regular rates & contracts works.

After 6 Months Trial

Our regular price is $2 a pound. There will be no contract for this option and will be billed and charged upon delivery. We will weigh YOUR towels in a clean 13 gallon trash bag which we will provide after YOUR towels are washed, dried and folded. If YOUR towels are less then one 13 gallon size bag we then will charge for a full 13 gallon size bag which is roughly 2 loads and equals to 30 pounds.

1st 6 Months Pricing Contract

NO, there is NO FEE for canceling. YOU the company/client can cancel at any time and we will have a contract of termination ready for YOU to sign if YOU decide to do so. Note: If YOU decide to terminate your contract we will charge YOU our NORMAL RATE that is listed on our website if YOU decide to have us serve you after the signed termination contract.

Regular Rate

In respect of the company/client we have decided to implement a 6 month trial period for YOU meaning YOU the company/client will be able to try our towel service out for half the price of our normal rate. Our normal rate is $2 a pound but for YOU the price will be $1 a pound.

Is There a Fee to Cancel?

After the 6 months trial period we will offer you another contract, it will be called THE SECOND CONTRACT. THE SECOND CONTRACT will lock in the price of $1.50 a pound. After The Second Contract is over we will offer YOU the final contract which will be called THE 1 YEAR CONTRACT. In THE 1 YEAR CONTRACT the pricing will be our normal rate which will be advertised on our website. This will also lock in the current price that's on the website for 1 year. Note: In all of our contracts YOU willl be able to get out of it at any time for FREE.

After we pick-up YOUR towels, wash, dry and fold, we will weigh YOUR towels in a clean disposable trash bag which we will provide, then calculate and write down the amount in YOUR company/client file for our records and for YOUR daily bill. If the total weight ends up being more than 30 pounds, YOU will be charged per pound for any extra weight in excess of 30 pounds.
