How our regular rates & contracts works

We DO NOT charge by weight, we charge per 13 gallon bag.

Our regular price is $52 per 13 gallon bag. There will be no contract to lock in the normal rate. For this option YOU will be billed and charged upon delivery per 13 gallon bag/bags we pick-up. See more details below in "How Our Pricing Works." Pricing to wash a single bulky comforter would be the price of one 13 gallon bag.

1st 6 Months Pricing Contract

NO, there is NO FEE for canceling. YOU the company/client can cancel at any time and we will have a contract of termination ready for YOU to sign if YOU decide to do so. Note: If YOU decide to terminate your contract we will charge YOU our NORMAL RATE that is listed on our website if YOU decide to have us serve you after the signed termination contract.

Regular Rate

In respect of the company/client we have decided to implement a 6 month trial period for YOU meaning YOU the company/client will be able to try our towel service out for 34% off of our normal rate. For YOU the price will be $37 per 13 gallon bag. See more details below on "How Our Pricing Works."

Is There a Fee to Cancel?

Upon pick-up we have a protocol to log down how many 13 gallon bags we pick-up from YOU the company/client and record the number of bags in our filing system for the bill which we will send out after we are done serving the daily loads and after we drop-off YOUR towels. After pick-up, wash, dry & fold we will place YOUR folded towels in a clean disposable 13 gallon trash bag which we provide for FREE. When we drop off YOUR clean towels YOU are free to re-use the bags for the next pick-up date. Note: If a 13 gallon bag is not stuffed full & tied then we automatically will charge for a full 13 gallon bag price, so please make sure its worth it for YOU and fill those 13 gallons bags to the max and tied up to give YOU the most cleaning for YOUR money!

Because we deal with lower quantity towel/laundry load per company/client rather than the big boys such as Hotels, we try to make it as simple as possible and keep it visual for the company/client just so they know exactly how much it will cost them each day with no surprises. For example, If the company/client wants to keep their bill under $105 per day (regular fee) then they will know to have no more than two 13 gallon bags left out for pick-up that morning, very easy and less confusion for both parties.
