How Our Wash & Fold Works

We bring YOUR towels to a facility in Las Vegas Nevada with top of the line machines, then wash YOUR towels with a heavy duty or an ECO friendly detergent (bleach if necessary). Machine dry only using high heat. If YOU prefer a specific detergent we can most definitely accommodate. Finally we fold YOUR towels with excellence. If YOU choose not to have YOUR towels folded then no problem, we won't. Or if YOU prefer a custom fold of YOUR specifications then we will cater to that. Note: We DO NOT spot treat!

We have a member of our trusted team complete our route in the morning. Every morning we will start our route at 11am. With each company/client we will discuss where pick-up and drop off will take place via email/phone/text or in person. Upon pick-up we ask if YOUR towels can be placed in a disposable trash bag, tied up and ready for pick-up at 11am. Note: YOU can definitely re-use the clean trash bags we gave YOU upon drop-off for the next pick-up. At the same time we pick-up we will also drop off (from the previous day) YOUR clean towels in the complementary clean disposable trash bag we have provided for YOU.

How Our Pickup and Delivery Works

Do We Wash Linens?

Yes, we can. We don't yet specialize in washing linens but we can if need be, but we DO NOT press linens, we do the best we can getting wrinkles out by fluffing them right from out of the hot dryer. Note: With linens we can spray our spot remover on the area and hope for the best upon request, we do not scrub stains out. Regarding sheets with oil stains from massage oils our trick is to rub (not scrub) Dawn dish soap on the affected area in hopes the oils will come out while in the wash cycle (most of the time this method works but no guarantees), this will also be upon request. We also can wash YOUR bulky comforters.

How much do you charge?

We charge $52 per 13 gallon bag, discounted to $37 per 13 gallon bag upon signing our 6 months contract.

Can I cancel my contract?

Yes, you can cancel anytime without fees.

Where do you operate?

We operate in Las Vegas and serve Henderson, Boulder City, Summerlin and Las Vegas.

What is your pickup time and deliver?

We start pickup & deliver at 11 AM and end our route at 3 PM.

Do you wash linens?

Do you take stains out?

No, we do not take stains out. All though with linens for an extra fee we can spray a spot remover on the area and hope for the best. With sheets for an extra fee as well for oil stains from massage oils our trick is pour Dawn soap on the area that has the oil. This is all only upon request.
